| New shareholder at POSA-VIBROPLATING SA |

| Biel/Bienne. Effective September 1st 2007 all shares of
POSA-VIBROPLATING SA have been taken over by Mr. Falko A. Eidner. Since September 28th 2007, Mr. Falko A. Eidner is also Chairman
of the board. Mr. Falko A. Eidner, new owner of POSA-VIBROPLATING SA, owner and CEO of FMB Technik
(Funktionelle-Metall-Beschichtung) Technik GmbH, located in Sternenfels, Germany has with his german companies thirty years of experience
in the field of electroplating. POSA-VIBROPLATING SA will take advantage of this experience and add it to it´s own experience
of more than sixty years. |

| POSA-VIBROPLATING SA and FMB Technik GmbH are in a strategic partnership. According to the statement of
Mr. Falko A. Eidner will "This partnership have synergy effects and it means technology transfer between the companies".
He looks at it as an enrichment for both partner companies in order to fulfil high demands of future markets. |
